These Terms govern your use of Mode IPTV Canada (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

Mode IPTV Canada is an independent internet streaming and content-access provider. We do not host, store, record, or re-broadcast media content; the Service provides technical access to third-party streams. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bell, Rogers, Vidéotron, Telus, or any broadcaster or trademark owner.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

• One (1) connection per subscription unless a multi-connection plan is purchased.
• No resale, redistribution, or public performance of the Service.
• No use of the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Payment

Subscriptions are prepaid digital goods, priced in Canadian dollars (CAD) and payable by Interac e-Transfer. See our Refund & Trial Policy.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
